Went for the Thanksgiving buffet and ended up choosing one of their fine dining restaurants instead. Excellent service and food. The reason we changed our plans was because everyone was there for the buffet and most of our group was unable to wait the 2+ hours to eat.
I recently stayed here and everything was so amazing. The dinner that my husband and I had at Ruthie's was so delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I booked us massages at The Spa and they were amazing. Kira was so professional and explained everything to me plus great at her job! Then I got my hair curled for a party later that night and Carly was also super friendly. I left feeling relaxed and my hair looking great. I couldn't be happier with the service. 10/10 would recommend!!!
It's a great and friendly place. We play pool there once a year and we always have a good time.. the in bar entertainment is always a plus on Friday and Saturday nights
Casino still smells smoky when you walk in. Quite a few of the ( older ) slot machines are gone. Cashiers didn't say hi or smile when we got change or redeemed tickets... Dessert at the smaller cafe was good & that staff member seemed attentive & friendly..
I always have a great experience here. They’re usually able to get me in pretty quickly, which I really appreciate. Amanda is seriously the best — she’s so talented and professional, but also just really easy to talk to. She listens to what I want and somehow it always turns out even better than I pictured. I always leave feeling so good about my hair. The salon and spa have such a relaxing, comfortable vibe, and they carry some really great hair and skincare products too. I definitely recommend booking with Amanda!
We went to their New Years Eve celebration. The free event was fun and there was alot of people. Never had an issue getting a drink. I really want to review Matt and the car service Riverside provided us. Matt was professional, on time, engaging, a safe driver and best of all tolerated us. Thanks Matt from the Drury crew!!!
The staff is great.They are relaxed, always smiling.And you feel welcome. The entire casino, including the bathrooms, just shine. And smell good. They're cleaning crew on the casino Floor are always pleasant. Would you like a casinos?Are not that way. These are just a few things that make the clientele comfortable. And not on edge as they gamble.
Great games. Payout is very common on plenty of the machines. So much that you will get carried away if your not careful. Also the real gem is the restaurant Ruthies!!!! A+ on the food it is $$$ but we'll worth it. As always play for fun and do not build an addiction. IIt is a really good Casino/Hotel and we have stayed at the hotel as well and it was good. You will love the bathroom/shower! Tons of space. God bless!
